- Fill up the Purchase Order Form and click ‘send’.
- We will email / SMS you to confirm your order and estimated time of delivery.
- Urgent matters and after-sales support, SMS Jaye @ (+65) 9001 1058.
- Questions are very welcome but bargaining may be ignored. Sorry.
- If looking at pictures do not make you feel safe enough, read the “Returns” section.
DELIVERY
- Purchases will be hand-delivered to your doorstep on the next working day (Mon-Fri excl. public holidays, 11am to 7.30pm. Please do not think of it as a meet-up).
- Enjoy $10 discount off subsequent purchases under the same delivery order (Excluding expendables, i.e. film).
- Self-collect may be possible on mutual conveniences.
PAYMENT METHODS
- Cash-on-delivery to Desmond. Please have ready cash in the exact amount.
RETURNS
- Inspect your purchase upon delivery. If it is not what you were expecting, you are not obliged to buy it.
- 3-day viewing period - If for some reason you decide that you do not want the item, contact us for a refund.
- 30-day warranty - Why? Because all our goodies had been professionally checked & serviced.
- Contact if you’re unhappy with your purchase and we’ll sort it out.
